The Gillett Civic Group hosted The R.A.V.E. (Revitalize, Aspire, Visualize & Educate) Benefit Dinner & Auction on Friday, November 6, 2009 at the Buckshot Lodge in Gillett.
The event was semi-formal and our guests dressed the part! Guests were seated at white linen tables with black toppers adorned with silver candelabras and glimmering decor. Guests were served by members of the Gillett Civic Group a delectable meal of pork tenderloin, smoked rice, broccoli salad, green beans, a role and for dessert…chocolate brownie with ice cream.
One of the highlights of the evening was the live auction conducted by Charles Hesser with ring men, Clay & Craig Richter. The event was a phenomenal success and was tremendously enjoyed by all who attended!
The proceeds will benefit various projects of the Gillett Civic Group. Some of the proceeds will be used for the “Christmas Past & Present” on December 12th, city banners, and the “Heritage Days Festival” next May.
